About the Position

The Membership & Operations Senior Associate reports to the Director of Membership & Operations and provides essential infrastructure support to the DPF’s growing membership network. As a member of a small team, this role requires someone detail-oriented and a collaborative team player, working closely with other associates regularly. The Senior Associate will be someone who is equally comfortable with routine data entry, supporting data audits/upkeep, and has some existing understanding of how to create comprehensive CRM reports. 

With guidance from the Director of Membership & Operations, the Senior Associate will be key to maintaining the functionality and maintenance of the Forum’s operational guidelines during a pivotal organizational growth period.

Essential Functions

Managing the Forum’s Membership & Pledge Signatories Network

  • Provides front-facing operational support to the Forum’s Membership Network
    • Managing the wrap-around process for the Forum’s Membership Network, including: Welcoming new members, and providing timely email follow-ups, or offboarding Members where needed. 
    • Managing the Membership calendar of events and other workshop offerings available to the network
    • Manage the Membership email inbox for incoming inquiries, membership registration, etc.
    • With support from the Director of Membership & Operations, manage the process for Membership renewals and invoices. 
  • Provides front-facing operational support to the Forum’s Pledge Signatories
    • Managing the wrap-around process for the Forum’s Disability Inclusion Pledge Signatory Network, including: Welcoming new signatories, and providing timely email follow-ups, or offboarding signatories where needed. 
    • Generating survey links for Pledge Signatories and generating custom reports when surveys are returned, in collaboration with the Director of Learning Services.
    • Managing Pledge Signatory onboarding Calendar for the Director of Membership & Operations and the Executive Director
  • Support the Director of Membership & Operations in planning and organizing Pledge Networking Meetings along with the Learning Services team 
  • Support the Director of Membership & Operations with communications and engagement touchpoints with the Forum’s network of Members and Signatories.

Maintaining the Forum’s CRM 

  • Routinely provides CRM reports with data to support the organization’s leadership team in developing strategic network engagement and opportunities.
  • Generate reports through Bloomerang (CRM) as requested on the progress of our member prospects for the purposes of reporting out and/or internal tracking; conducting routine CRM data upkeep with guidance from the Director.
  • Bloomerang upkeep and report generation for new and existing pledge signatories
  • With Support from the Director of Membership & Operations, maintain the standard operating procedures document for Membership and Pledge Signatory Bloomerang procedures
  • Support the Director of Membership & Operations in the bi-annual audit of Bloomerang (CRM) concerning the standard operating procedures for the software

Operations

  • With guidance from the Director, manage the submission process for all staff invoices and the
  • Keep up to date with Forum operational changes, reflect them in our Handbook/FAQ, and notify all staff
  • Managing and maintaining the Operations Asana board with support from the Director of Membership & Operations
  • Supporting the Director of Membership & Operations with managing the payments and charges related to expenditures on the organization’s technological hardware and software needs 
  • Support the Director of Membership & Operations with maintaining the All Staff and Operational calendar 
  • With guidance from the Director of Membership & Operations, support staff as needed with technological requests.
