Sneha is the founder and executive director of Generation Patient, an organization representing over 25 million young adults in the U.S. and abroad with chronic conditions. Under her leadership, Generation Patient has led over 650 peer support meetings and is building the evidence base for peer support intervention models for young adults with chronic conditions. At the systemic level, she leads Generation Patient's research and policy reform, focusing on patent reform, disaggregating age data in clinical trials, and increasing oversight of pharmaceutical advertisements on social media. Sneha has spoken at venues such as Davos, the U.S. Department of Justice, Capitol Hill, the White House, and Aspen Ideas. Sneha has authored over 18 peer-reviewed publications centered on young adults with chronic conditions. She is also an appointed member of the National Academies of Medicine Forum on Drug Discovery, Development, and Translation, serves on the patient editorial panel for the British Medical Journal, on a grantmaking committee with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and as part of the advisory board for the Yale Collaboration for Regulatory Rigor, Integrity, and Transparency. Ryan Easterly is a visionary leader dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion. He lives at the intersections of race, class, disability, and sexual orientation. As Executive Director of the WITH Foundation, he champions comprehensive healthcare for adults with developmental disabilities and advances systemic change within the U.S. healthcare landscape. His prior leadership includes managing the National Youth Transitions Initiative at The HSC Foundation and his work at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. Ryan serves on the board of Grantmakers for Effective Organizations. He is also a 2024-2025 Obama Leader-USA and was appointed by President Biden to the White House Commission on Presidential Scholars. Read more.

Michelle Uzeta is the Executive Director of the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF), a disability-led national non-profit civil rights law and policy center based in Berkeley, California. A civil rights attorney with deep expertise in disability law and fair housing, she has litigated landmark cases, shaped policy at the local, state, and national levels, and spent decades working to ensure that the rights of disabled people are vigorously enforced. Her advocacy is grounded in a commitment to centering multiply-marginalized voices and dismantling systems of oppression that harm disabled people. Brittanie Hernandez-Wilson (she/her) is the California Lead Homecare Organizer at Hand in Hand: The Domestic Employers Network and co-convenes the Long-Term Services and Supports for All (LTSS4All) Grassroots Coalition. Her organizing sits at the intersection of disability justice, care, and collective liberation, with a focus on protecting and expanding access to home- and community-based services and building the power of disabled people, care recipients, families, and workers.
