Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Disability & Philanthropy Forum! By joining, you are empowering sustainable change because a just and inclusive philanthropy sector is essential.
Forum Membership is structured to meet funders where they are in their journey toward disability inclusion:
- Organizational Memberships – Annual dues based on total grantmaking budget, providing full institutional access.
- Individual Professional Memberships – Annual dues for people at grantmaking organizations, providing individual access if your organization is not ready to make the commitment to join.
- Reciprocal Memberships – For philanthropy-serving organizations working in alignment with disability justice principles.
To confirm your eligibility, calculate your dues, and make your commitment to join, please complete this brief application. Please note that payment is not required to submit your application. After your membership application is approved, dues can be paid via check, credit card, or through a grant. You can click here to view the dues levels.
If you already have a login for a free Forum membership, your access will continue through the end of 2025 as we move towards a paid membership model.
