This members-only session addresses the relationship between race and disability and establishes a common language around intersectionality. You will gain insights into cultivating programs and practices, and building an organizational culture grounded in racial justice, disability justice, and inclusion. Expected learning outcomes include:
- Gain awareness on the interconnected nature of disability and race.
- Identify what limits trust and belonging on a team.
- Understand the importance of intersectional efforts across your organization.
This workshop is only available to members of the Disability & Philanthropy Forum. If you work in philanthropy but are not a Forum member, we invite you to apply to become one!
